Kieron was born and raised in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. His early years were spent split between the streets of Brooklyn and attending St. Aloysius Elementary School in Ridgewood, NY. Kieron is the first born son of an Irish immigrant and first generation Irish parents. He inherited his story telling abilities from a strong and rich Irish heritage and tradition, and exhibited these talents very early on.
Kieron discovered computers in his early teens and taught himself the programing skills he currently uses day-to-day. He attended NYC public schools exclusively beyond elementary, working while attending college full time.
In the early 90s, Kieron abandoned his academic pursuits in favor of programming and has been employed as a computer programmer since. He is currently employed by VSR Systems, based in Harrison, NY, producing custom designed ERP software packages.
Kieron has had several non-fiction articles published and is hard at work on his first fiction series, Farwaters. Book one, Darklings : A Farwaters Novel, was completed in October, 2011. Rich in social commentary and real world reference, Kieron blows the dust from the dungeons and clears the cobwebs from the caverns.
Farwaters features main characters from all walks of life, with strong lead and supporting roles crossing all age, race, and gender barriers. His favortie character is Asiya, an ancient, dark-skinned female witch who figures prominently throughout the saga.
